The breakfast spread was excellent with both hot and cold items available.
I was disappointed with the lack of noise insulation in our room, especially since we had a view of the market square where music went on until 2 am. We also faced challenges with parking, as the advertised options were either non-existent or confusing to access, leaving us drenched in the rain. The shower area had an unpleasant cleanliness issue that shouldn't be overlooked during stays.

what a shame that this so-called charming hotel had such a filthy shower tray seal, and tattered towels. for a hot night, a fan woudl ve been helpful, but I guess dealing with discomfort is part of the experience? I seriously expected a room upgrade, but I was given the same treatment as everyone else. absolutley unacceptable.

The hotel's family room was spacious and clean, making it a delight for all of us. Breakfast featured a fantastic variety, pleasing even picky eaters, and we loved the comfortable beds. the room's awkward layout with the sloped roof made moving around a bit tricky.

The location is outstanding — just 5 minutes from the Menin Gate and St George's Memorial Church. The breakfast spread was excellent with both hot and cold items available. The room was very clean and equipped with helpful toiletries.
The room felt a bit cramped for two people.

the location is super great, right in the middle of everything and easy to walk around. the breakfast buffet was nice, with a decent selection of things to eat. clean towels every day were a plus! staff were friendly and helpful with all my questions. loved that it was dog friendly too!

the staff were incredibly friendly, always making sure we had everything we needed. breakfast included fresh rolls and even smoked salmon, which was awesome! perfect location right in the heart of the town.
